Issues[edit]

PS5 controller does not charge when plugged into USB on PC[edit]

Solution[1]

  1. Disconnect the USB cable from the PS5 controller.
  2. Power off the controller by holding down the PS button for 15 seconds or until the lightbar turns off.
  3. Reconnect the USB cable to the controller.
  4. The controller should display an orange lightbar, indicating that it is charging.
