Audio does not get imported with the video[edit]

When importing a video into the sequence, the audio will be missing.

Solution[1]

  1. Close all adobe apps (The creative cloud hub window can stay open)
  2. Window key + R key
  3. %appdata% then Enter Key
  4. Double click Adobe folder
  5. Right click Common folder and select rename
  6. Add a "1" to the end of Common so that it reads "Common1".
  7. Reopen Premier Pro
  8. Re-import MPEG 4 file
