Can't skip video intros

The intro cutscenes can't be skipped regardless if you've watched them already or not.

Solution

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Titan Quest Immortal Throne
Rename the folder Videos to Videos-Skipped
Play the game and you'll no longer have to worry about it
